1. Booking and payment
The price is fixed in advance based on the route, vehicle and time given. You pay online when booking or in cash to the driver during the ride. Online booking is possible up to 3 hours before departure; for rides at shorter notice you can call us.
2. Service
The ride is carried out by our own driver or, at busy times, by an approved partner driver at the same price and conditions. Waiting time, extra stops or changes on the spot may be charged extra after consultation.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, via the link in your confirmation email. After that, cancellation is only possible by phone and the fare may remain payable.
If we cannot carry out a paid ride, we refund the full amount to the payment method used. Refunds are usually visible within a few working days.
4. Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport on a fixed date (Art. VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). The cancellation policy above remains in force.
5. Privacy
Your data is only used to carry out and invoice your ride, and is not passed on to third parties except the driver carrying out the ride and our payment provider (Mollie). More info in our privacy statement.
