All amounts include VAT. A fixed price is a fixed price: it doesn't change with the time of day, the weekend or traffic.

The pick-up fee depends on where we collect you: the further from Kortrijk, the longer we drive to get there. After that the meter runs from your pick-up address. Collected at the airport? Then the place we take you to counts.
Not in the list? Pick-up fee € 10,00 + € 1,50 per km of approach from Kortrijk. With every booking you see in advance how the price is calculated.

For a destination with a fixed price, you pay that fixed price. Otherwise we charge based on the distance of your route and the vehicle you choose. The price is fixed when you book – even with traffic or a detour you pay nothing extra.

Online via Bancontact, Payconiq, credit card or Apple Pay. Payment is handled by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider. We never see your card details.
Yes, on request with VAT and in your company's name. Add your company details in the note field or email us after your ride.
Yes, tick “Also book a return ride” and choose the time of the return ride. Both rides are paid together.

Yes, up to 24 hours before departure you can cancel free of charge via the link in your confirmation email. You get the full amount back.
